Guitar - Piano - Ukulele - Voice

Student's music interests matter to me.

Teaching Philosophy

I would like to build a great connection with my students and create a comfortable and fun learning outlet during our lessons. Student's music interests matter to me so we will be combining our objectives together to have a solid common goal. I will make sure she/he gets to love, express and appreciate music while learning her/his instrument.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and Master's degree in Special Education. I grew up in a musical family. I started singing and learning piano at the age of 3 and learned ukulele and guitar at the age of 6. I have performed in bands and l love doing acoustic gigs with my daughter. I have taught various groups and individual lessons in music theory, guitar, ukulele, piano, string ensemble, bands, voice, chorale and musicale plays. I have a passion in music and kids! I want to highlight my favorite fun time and bonding with my daughter, training her in singing and playing instruments and prepping her to compete for the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS of PERFORMING ARTS held yearly in USA.

Teaching & Skills

I grew up in a family of musicians! Spent my childhood watching my grandfather play a classical guitar and double bass, watched my dad and uncles band and joined concerts and shows as young as 3 years old with my parents and their church choir. My training really started in my home until I decided to study Bachelor of Music. I have taught a wide age range from 3 y.o. to 72.y.o students and I enjoyed most with children! My experience for more than 16 years of teaching music have taught me that there is more for me to offer than just teaching my students. And that is to "touch their hearts", "listen", "be a believer" and give them "love and care".
